Peru's abandoned mothers enter that condition when they are little
more than children themselves, 13 or 14 years old. They become the
head of a family well before the age of adulthood (18), their education
is cut short and their job prospects are nil. How can they be expected

In the large population of child laborers in our city many hope

of practice some of them can become webmasters and earn their living
making web sites clients and themselves and promoting them on the
internet.
